Share Your Story

Epilepsy is experienced in many different ways. Your story can help make the hidden, difficult or misunderstood parts more visible.

You stay in control

Submitting a story does not publish it automatically. You can choose to be credited by your real name, a chosen display name or anonymously. If your story is selected, it will be reviewed before anything appears publicly.

Before you submit

Please share only a story that is yours to tell. Avoid including another person’s private medical or identifying information unless you have their permission. You do not need to write in a particular style — clear, personal and honest is enough.

    What happens next?

Your submission is reviewed privately. Selection is not guaranteed, and we may contact you if clarification is needed. Minor spelling, grammar or formatting edits may be made only where you have agreed to that in the form, without changing the meaning of your story.

Please note: this form is not an emergency service or a place for personal medical advice. If urgent help is needed, follow the emergency guidance for your location.
